Cancellation & Refund Policy

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

jovideal follows a 7 days Return Policy for all categories products purchaed from our website: jovideal.com

Our aim is, want you to be fully satisfied with every item/products you were purchased from our website Jovideal.com. If, you are not satisfied with your purchase of any product for any reason, we will accept your products returns within 7 Day after the purchase you made.  if the following conditions are met with our refund policy  :-

1.       All Jovideal.com Products should be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging and original sales receipt. Please note, if the product is purchased from any of our Jovideal.com Showroom / Offline Stores – they cannot be returned via our online store.

2.       Any items that have been altered or repaired by an external repair or broken, burnt, will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

3.       If your order has already been shipped by us, wait until or unless product arrives to you after that you can cancel your order by contacting our orders team to request its return by dropping an email to sales@jovideal.com with your order details.

4.       For seamless returns, kindly ensure the product is packed in the same way it was packed and sent to you.

5.       Products will be eligible for return within the applicable return policy if you’ve received the product in a condition that is physically damaged/ defective/ Missing parts/accessories/ different from their description on the product detail page on jovideal.com

6.       If you wish to return an electronic device like phone, camera or storage device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. Amazon shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.

7.       Return will be processed only if, it is determined that the product is not different from what was shipped to you and not damaged while in your possession.

8.       it is also determined that the product is also in original condition with brand’s/manufacturer's sealed pack box, all tags are intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein.

9.       Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.

10.   Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.

After inspection we will confirm whether the Products are in an acceptable condition or not. This confirmation will be sent to you within 7 working days after we receive the shipment. Upon confirmation, as per the Return Policy, we will issue a store credit or a bank refund (whichever selected by the customer) for that particular amount (excluding shipping & COD charges if applied). The mode of refund cannot be changed once you’ve submitted the request with us.

 

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order online within 1 hour and once the cancellation is approved we will refund the amount within 48 hours and the amount will reflect within 5 working days. Your entire order amount will be refunded via the refund method selected by you. In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier. You can sign in to your account and go to Recent Order to cancel your order.

An order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.

 

REFUNDS

Customer can initiate the refund request to us within 7 days, and once the refund is approved we will refund the amount within 48 hours and the amount will reflect within 5 working days. once the returned product is received by Jovideal.com. Your order amount will be refunded to you by your preferred refund method i.e. refund via the payment method you used or store credit note.

If the replacement request is placed and the jovideal store does not have the exact same product in stock in that case we will initiate a refund.

For refund against cash on delivery order, user will need to fill a form that accepts bank account details to which the amount will be refunded.

COD charges and taxes are non-refundable.

The Management’s decision with regard to damaged/defective product and/or issuance of credit shall be final and binding. Further, the Management reserves the unilateral right to modify/alter the aforesaid conditions/policy without prior notice and the same shall be final and binding.

MODE OF RETURN:

In case of return/exchange customer has to arrange themselves at their own cost to ship the product back to us
